It's that time of the year again - a time when we frantically try and get things finished before the holidays. Whatever your religeous beliefs this is a time to wish each other the compliments of the season. I would like to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of our readers all the very best for the end of 2004 from the team at Self Leadership International.
Take a moment now to mark and measure your learnings for the previous twelve months. What have you learnt? What have you achieved? How have you changed?
If you hit some of your targets for this year - celebrate - if not - remember there is no failure, only feedback!
At the year's end I like to give myself the permission to take a breath, kick back and then once rested I can face the new year with focus and passion. So let me keep this newsletter short ... and we look forward to catching up with many of you at one of our programs in 2005.
From Andrew Bryant and the team at Self Leadership International.
