Internal Certified Meta-Coach Program

About ICMC


Have internationally certified trained coaches within your organisation. The ICMC program is unique in that it is grounded in the cognitive behavioural science of Neuro-Semantics and yet creates concrete results through benchmarking coaching skills.









ICMC Objectives

  • To develop the coaching capability of selected staff members
  • To provide feedback to the selection on their flexibility and communication styles
  • To coach the second tier group in creating and achieving vision and goals
  • To provide a framework for coaching employees for improved performance
  • To experience coaching first-hand from an experienced coach
  • For the selected group to develop personally and be able to self manage
  • The initiation and expansion of a culture of coaching and empowerment


ICMC is divided into 3 modules:

Module 1 - Coaching Essentials


Two-day Introduction to the Communication Methodologies of Coaching, (Can be taken through our Public Seminar).

This two-day program introduces the Neuro Linguistic Programming communication model that help participants really hear other people, through non-judgmental behavioural feedback, ask precise questions that get to the heart of understanding, and shape behaviour.

The module also includes:

  • The tools and confidence to produce peak performance.
  • Skills to overcome barriers and blockages in life.

Module 2 - Coaching Genius Certification


Three-day Introduction to Coaching with Neuro-Semantics, (Can be taken through our Public Seminar).

Participants learn the extraordinary NS Meta-States Coaching Model that is frequently described as ‘magical’. Participants will experience self-coaching and how to unlock the natural genius in themselves and others, and find the skills, confidence and drive to create successful coaching.
Participants will learn how to:

  • Enrich their experience of life – find more passion and satisfaction in relationships, career and health.
  • Eliminate attitudes and blockages that have limited them in the past – low self-esteem, lack of control, inability to act on ideas.
  • Really sharpen their focus so that that they can experience life at optimum level – all the time, and effortlessly.
  • Blow out excuses for not achieving business success lack of confidence, financial insecurity, fear of failure, not knowing what to do.

Achieve extraordinary results by thinking and working systemically.


Module 3 - Internal Certified Meta-Coach


Five-day Internal Meta-Coaching training, (Internal training).

ICMC focuses on coaching inside an organisation with a specific emphasis on organizational structure, culture, management and leadership. The ICMC is an outstanding training module for professionals who work within an organisation to enhance human performance and achieve business outcomes. CEOs, executives, managers, sales managers, human resource professionals and internal coaches will experience a profound change in their professional lives, and be able to take their organisation to new levels of performance as a result of this training.
Participants will learn to:

  • Be confident and experienced in core coaching competencies including NLP, NS, the Matrix Model and the Axes of Change Model.
  • Become a powerful agent for vision and positive change within your organisation.
  • Create the models and plans to achieve extraordinary business results.
  • Enjoy the support and recognition of an international community of business leaders and thinkers.


One to One Coaching

Five individual sessions, (Face-to-face). Coaching works by a special form of behavioural feedback, which allows individuals to see themselves as if looking into a mirror.

On completion of module 2, each participant will receive a total of five hours of individual coaching.

  • It can be done either face to face or via the phone as required dependant on location of each individual.
  • Coaching will be scheduled on a per month basis.
  • As part of the coaching process participants may be asked to complete assignments designed to create a greater awareness of their work and communication effectiveness via email.
